washing your face or picking

to keep your skin in good shape all year around.
Choose the appropriate cleanser for your skin type.
Do not go to bed with dirty face
because the impurities seep into your pores and create problems.
· Moisturizing is
very important. Make sure that you are not using the daytime cream for the
night. Daytime cream should be with sun protection while the night cream is for
hydration and nourishing.
· Exfoliate in moderation.
It is very good for the skin but if the product is not right for your skin or
used too often it could be damaging.
· Masks should be
applied once or twice a week, especially during summer months or the dry winter
season. Choose them according to your skin type.
· Facials are crucial to
maintain a good complexion. Nothing replaces the professional touch and advice
